Agile Foundation vil gi deg en introduksjon til smidige konsepter og smidig prosjektarbeid, mens fokuset for Agile Practitionerer er å se nærmere på hvordan god praksis for prosjektledelse kan kombineres med smidige metoder.

Målgruppe

Kurset er for deg som jobber i smidige prosjekter og som ønsker forståelse for hvordan PRINCE2 bør kombineres med smidige rammeverk som Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up og Cynefin.
