PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner gir videregående forståelse for bruk og tilpasning av PRINCE2 i kombinasjon med smidige metoder.

Fokuset for Practitioner-sertifiseringen er å se nærmere på god praksis for prosjektledelse (som er pensum i PRINCE2 Foundation) og hvordan dette bør kombineres med smidige metoder.

 

 

Målgruppe

Kurset er for deg som jobber i smidige prosjekter og som ønsker forståelse for hvordan PRINCE2 bør kombineres med smidige rammeverk som Scrum, Kanban, Lean Start-up og Cynefin.

For å sertifisere deg som PRINCE2 Agile må du ha én av følgende sertifiseringer i forkant, men vi anbefaler å starte med PRINCE2 Agile Foundation som klasseromskurs eller e-læringskurs ettersom denne sertifiseringen gir deg et større læringsutbytte og en bedre introduksjon til bruk av PRINCE2 og smidig.

Om eksamen

Du vil få tilsendt en eksamenskode på e-post fra vår eksamensleverandør. Ved bruk av denne velger du ønsket eksamenstid. Du har ett eksamensforsøk inkludert, som er gyldig i 1 år fra bestillingsdato.

Eksamen foregår på følgende måte:

  • Digitalt i ExamShield på PC eller Mac
  • En eksamensvakt vil være tilgjengelig
